Ziven Wellness offers Pilates Reformer classes and related wellness services both in-studio and through online booking. These terms apply to all users of our website and services.
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or at the studio.
Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include online card payment and other options listed on the booking page.
Group sessions: Must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Private sessions: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full or deducted from your pass/package.
All purchases are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical reasons), refunds or class credits may be issued at the discretion of Ziven Wellness.
By attending our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in physical activity.
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions before class begins.
Ziven Wellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions if proper care and instructions are not followed.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your session.
Use clean, grippy socks during Reformer sessions (available for purchase at the studio).
Mobile phones must be on silent mode during classes.
Respect the studio space, instructors, and other participants.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Ziven Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any class, service, or feature at any time, with or without notice.
